Terms and Conditions — TriloConnect

Welcome to TriloConnect (“the App”), a Student Tracking System owned and managed by Tri Logistics W.L.L (“the Company”). The App provides real-time tracking and notifications regarding student attendance, bus routes, and campus entries/exits. By using this App, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. User Eligibility

• The App is strictly for use by authorized bus attendants and parents/guardians of students.
• No other use is permitted.
• Each authorized user will receive login credentials from the school/administrator.
• Upon first login, users must change their password to keep their account secure.
• Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.

3. Account Registration and Access

• Accounts are created and shared by the school or system administrator.
• Users agree to update their password immediately upon first login.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

The App collects personal information including student names, attendance records, bus routes, and location data for operational purposes. Location tracking is enabled only for authorized purposes, such as ensuring student safety and monitoring school transport. All data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with explicit consent. For detailed information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Use of the App

The App is provided for educational and monitoring purposes only. Users must not misuse the App, including but not limited to:

• Sharing login details with unauthorized persons.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or data.
• Interfering with the App’s operations.
• Using the App for any illegal or unethical activity.

6. Notifications

• The App provides real-time notifications regarding student boarding and exiting attendance.
• Users acknowledge that notifications may be delayed due to network or device issues.
• The App is not responsible for missed or delayed notifications.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding in the App are the property of Tri Logistics or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accurate and timely tracking, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of location, attendance, or notification data. However, all bus attendants will be trained to use the App correctly to ensure proper tracking and reporting. Users should use the App as a supplementary tool and not as the sole source for student safety decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tri Logistics W.L.L is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. The App is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in tracking or notifications.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of major changes through the App or registered email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. Users may terminate their account by contacting support and following the account deletion process.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
